Depending on your location and how Aurexona uses information, you may have choices concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, profiling, or certain disclosures of personal information.

Submit a Request

To make a privacy request, email service@Aurexona.com with the subject line ??rivacy Request.??Describe the request and identify the email associated with your interactions with the store. Do not send payment-card numbers or account passwords.

Verification

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect personal information. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority, and we may also verify the request directly with the consumer where permitted.

Advertising and Cookie Choices

Available browser controls, device settings, cookie banners, or store preference tools may allow you to manage certain advertising or analytics technologies. Browser-based opt-out signals are processed where required and technically supported.

Email Marketing

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link included in the message. Transactional communications relating to orders, security, or service requests may still be sent.

Non-Discrimination and Appeals

Where applicable, we will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If local law provides an appeal right, you may request a review by replying to our decision email.
