Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Contact us before sending an item back so we can review eligibility and provide return instructions.

Return Eligibility

Unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with included parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, personalization, or product-integrity reasons, certain items may be final sale, including personalized goods, opened hygiene-sensitive goods, gift cards, and items expressly marked non-returnable. Applicable exclusions will be identified on the product page or communicated before the return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the information and offer an appropriate solution when the claim is validated.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns. If Aurexona confirms that the item was defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate remedy and instructions. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times vary by financial institution. We may deduct amounts for missing parts, use, damage, or loss in value where permitted and clearly applicable.

Exchanges

Exchange availability depends on stock. The fastest option may be to return an eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has started.
